Refund Policy and Disputes

Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships. Cancellation of all future recurring billing may be requested by email: support@angelofbogota.com (at least 24 hours before a scheduled rebill). 

Domesca Trade s.r.o. reserves the right to grant a refund or account credit for purchases on this Website based on an evaluation of the circumstances. All refunds are issued without admission of liability and may be subject to the limitations and policies of the original payment method used.

If a refund is approved, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Domesca Trade s.r.o. will not issue refunds via cash, check, or to a different payment mechanism.

Refund decisions are not dependent on a user's success or failure in completing the identity verification process. While refunds may be at Domesca Trade s.r.o. 's sole discretion, users are encouraged to resolve any pending account status issues promptly to avoid ineligibility for refunds based on timing, payment type, or technical restrictions.

Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with Domesca Trade s.r.o. or Controller, given the circumstances. Fraud claims may result in Domesca Trade s.r.o. or Controller contacting Subscriber's issuer to protect Subscriber and prevent future fraudulent charges to Subscriber card.
